my dad visited this past week, and I am displeased with myself for not working out at all. :P I've never been one to feel bloated, or overfull very often, but after six days of big extravagant meals, often splitting two bottles of wine, even I feel gross. its already felt good to get back to my old routine after he left yesterday.

and I finally exercised myself. :)

I'm no longer sick, life is calming down, and I'm working a new schedule where most days I don't have to be there till 2pm. leaving me no excuse to not work out most mornings I hope. I think I've worked out a couple of times since my last post but forgot to track it here. I'd like to do more with this journal at some point, I don't feel like I've gone back to review my progress enough to make it beneficial, or how I intended.

took a bit of a break from exercising during some strife in my personal life, probably when I needed to stick to my regular routine the most but oh well.

last week I don't really remember which days I worked out, but I did one 20 minute kathy smith cardio video workout twice, and the shorter tae-bo #1 once. I walked quite a bit the week before that, but since then its gotten really cold!! I'm a wuss when it comes to the cold now. hopefully this week I'll be back on track working out a little more often.
